Service Description

At times your dog may need a more personal touch to their training in a more secure, less threatening, environment. Just like us humans, life in the mainstream may be difficult for our dogs to cope with and so busy classes may not be suitable initially, or perhaps you as an owner don't enjoy a class environment or simply do not have the time to attend weekly classes but would still like to have a well balanced, confident dog, for this reason, we offer a more tailored program to suit you and your canine companion. We offer 1-2-1 sessions to support those dogs and handlers so they can make the transition to confident, happy dogs. I am not a qualified behaviourist and so will not give you any inappropriate advice. I will recommend a behaviourist if I feel that the dog requires more specialist care and training than I can offer. Pricing Each session lasts for an hour. One-to-One training sessions (including initial one-to-one consultation meeting) – £50.00 Bulk buy of 4 One-to-One training sessions (pay for 4 sessions upfront and get the 4th session half price) – £175.00 Bulk buy of 6 One-to-One dog training sessions (pay for 6 sessions upfront and get the 6th session free) – £250.00 The One-to-One Training Process. An introductory quick free phone call to discuss your and your dog’s needs and to give you more details of my service. If you are happy to proceed with my services we will arrange a mutually agreed date and time for our initial consultation meeting. Payment, Terms and Conditions Following the introductory call I will email you confirmation of our first one-to-one consultation, a copy of my T's &C's, an invoice and payment information for the agreed one-to-one meeting. First in-person one-to-one Consultation The one-to-one consultation will take between 1 and 1.5 hours. I will visit your home to assess and discuss what your dogs’ needs are and formulate a training plan to proceed with. We may go out for a walk as well as do some activities in your home. Follow up email After every session, I will send a follow-up email that will cover what we have discussed and achieved in our training session, including the agreed training plan. Follow up call I will arrange a courtesy call to see how things are going with you and your dog. Regular One-to-One Training Sessions We will then arrange regular 1-hour one-to-one training sessions until you are satisfied with your dog’s training. Cancellation Policy

To cancel or reschedule please contact us at least 72hrs before the course start date. Cancellations - 72 hours' notice is required. Charges may be applied (for up to the entire period that has been canceled) if the required notice period is not given.
