Very knowledgeable. Honest but tactful always working on the positive then adding in helpful ways to work with things that aren't going so well. She is able to adapt to the owners abilities. Eg walk instead of run. Great confidence builder for owner and dog. I joined the teenage dog class (improver) because I was at my wit's end.
